Updated AMS T-Shirt Policy (effective Jan. 9, 2017)

Hello AMS Ohana,

There are a variety of AMS shirts being worn regularly by the students on campus. These include shirts from music, AVID, Leadership, and the various sports teams. It makes us happy to see that the students want to show their school spirit, and that they are proud of the groups they are a part of. However, it can be difficult to tell what is and what isn’t allowed on a given day. So far, we have been allowing these shirts to be worn freely, while we worked to formulate specific guidelines. For second semester, we will be implementing the following guidelines:

Starting second semester, all non-uniform AMS shirts may be worn on Wednesdays only. Wednesday will be AMS Day, and staff members are encouraged to wear their Panther gear as well. The rest of the week, students must be in the regular blue or grey uniform shirts.

I will be going on Panthervision today to announce the new policy to the students. Please send me a message if you have any questions or suggestions.

Thank you and Happy Holidays!
