Congratulations to the THREE winners of the October Yearbook Picture Contest, Dominic Alexius Domingo, Haley Coleson and Peyton Richards! For their prize, they each get to choose between an icon embossed on the cover of their yearbook or an AMS water bottle.
For the November Yearbook Picture Contest (which will run from November 1 – 20), at least two yearbooks (one for each grade level) will be given away in a raffle. Students can collect up to 10 raffle tickets by submitting pictures that can be use in the yearbook by November 20. More information can be found on the slideshow describing the contest and including links for submitting pictures.
We will be taking pictures in S2 on Wednesday, October 24 – Friday, October 26. Students need to check with their Social Studies teacher to find out when they will be getting their pictures taken. If there are students are absent or planning to be absent on the day their class is scheduled to take their pictures, the student should request a pass from Mrs. Beth Young or their Social Studies teacher to get their picture taken on one of the two other picture taking days.
If you are planning to order a picture package, your child may take their pictures out of uniform and in school appropriate clothing for that picture (not their yearbook picture) before school. They must change into their school uniform immediately after taking their pictures.
